Winter Swizzle

Muddle a small handful of fresh mint leaves. Add:

  • ¾ oz simple syrup (equal parts sugar and water)
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • Add crushed ice to the glass to fill half way
  • Pour in 2 oz of Pink Pigeon Rum

Swizzle to incorporate ingredients and slowly add in remaining crushed ice. Top with 5 big dashes of Angostura and 5 big dashes of Peychaud’s bitters. Garnish with mint sprig and lime wheel
